The Council nominates Ms Kelly Y S Chan to succeed Mr Enders W H Lam for appointment by the Board of Trustees of United College as Council’s representative on the said Board. College Board of Trustees unanimously agree Ms Chan’s term of office with effect from 16 November 2020, provided that Ms Chan shall cease to serve on the College Board if she ceases to be a Member of the Council.

Ms Chan is the Managing Director of Peony Consulting Services, specialising in a broad range of management advisory including corporate governance, risk management and business process re-engineering. She is also the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of TR at CUHK Limited. Ms Chan possesses extensive experience in the finance and accounting industry as well as business operations in various multinational corporations in Hong Kong, the mainland China and the USA.
