Happy Faces on UC 65th Anniversary Alumni Day
United College 65th Anniversary Alumni Day was held on 30 October 2021 (Saturday) on College campus. To follow the University and College’s guidelines for social and non-academic events during COVID-19, participants wore masks throughout the event, and the College cancelled the birthday cake cutting and afternoon tea session. However, all these arrangements did not stop the enthusiasm of more than 130 guests, alumni and family members. They joined the 65th Anniversary Alumni Day and shared the joy with their families.
Professor Jimmy C M Yu, College Head, delivered a speech at the welcoming session and gave an update on the College’s latest development to alumni. Mr John K H Lee, Chairman of the Alumni Association Council, thanked for alumni’s participation in celebration of the 65th Anniversary of United College in his speech.
After the welcoming session, the College organised a series of activities for alumni and their families. They spent a full afternoon with fun and laughter.
