The check-out date for Term 1 will be on 27 December 2024 (Fri), before 12:00 noon. Students who reside in the first term only should complete the check-out procedure and return the room keys at hostel counter.
All UC student hostels will be closed in the following two periods, all residents are requested to return home to be with your families:
To facilitate cleaning works, please do not place items on the floor or windowsill, and please store your personal belongings properly before leaving the hostel. Residents who have no residence place in Hong Kong or have special reason wishing to stay during the closure period, must complete the online form before 5:30pm on Friday, 6 December 2024 for wardens’ consideration and approval. Late submissions will not be accepted. The online form can be found at “Hostel News” of the College web site.
The check-in date for Term 2 will start from 2 January 2025 (Thu), 12:00 noon. The air-conditioning usage hours in each room will be re-calculated when the new term starts.
