United College Student Union News
The 62nd United College Student Union Executive Committee election was held from 26 January to 8 February 2024. The ballots were opened and counted on 20 February 2024 at 2:30 pm at Room 209, Cheung Chuk Shan Amenities Building, under the supervision of Ms Zoe K W Chan, College Development Officer and Mr Kingston H Y Cheung, Vice-Chairperson of the Elections Committee.
A total of 717 students (20.8%) had cast their votes in the election. “UColossal”, the only cabinet standing for election, was elected as the 62nd United College Student Union Executive Committee by 675 votes to 13, with 7 abstentions, 2 cast blank and 20 invalidated ballots. The newly elected office-bearers have assumed office on 1 March 2024.
