United College Graduation Ceremony 2022-2023 was held on 9 November 2023 at Sir Run Run Shaw Hall, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Over 480 graduates attended the ceremony, with 40 College guests participating in the procession and congratulating the graduates. Additionally, over 900 family members and friends joined the ceremony to witness the happy graduation moment of their dear ones. They either enjoyed at Sir Run Run Shaw Hall or watched live broadcast in Y C Liang Hall. The University also arranged an online live-streamed broadcast which allowed graduates and their families who could not attend in person or were overseas to participate at the same time.

This year, the College was honoured to have Professor John C K Lee, President and Chair Professor of Curriculum and Instruction, The Education University of Hong Kong, serve as one of the Guests of Honour. Professor Lee delivered an opening address, encouraging the graduates and sending them blessings for their upcoming new journey. Then, the other Guest of Honor, Mr Simon K C Lee, Vice-Chairman of the College Board of Trustees and President of the College Alumni Association, thanked Professor John C K Lee for joining the Ceremony despite his hectic schedule. Mr Lee also congratulated the graduates and gave advice to their adventurous journey ahead. Last but not least, Mr Morgan K L Chan (23/ANTH), representative of the graduating class, delivered a vote of thanks to the College, College members and families and friends.

The highlight of the ceremony went to the certificate presentation to graduates on stage. Professor Martin C S Wong, Associate Head and Dean of Students, Professor Lee Hung Kee, Associate Head and Dean of General Education, and Professor Tang Sze Wing, Associate Head, presented the graduates onto the stage one by one, while Professor John C K Lee, Guest of Honour, Ms Lina H Y Yan, Chairman of the College Board of Trustees, and Professor Stephen H S Wong, College Head, presented the College certificates to the graduating students.

Prior to the Graduation Ceremony on the same day, the Tree Planting Ceremony and a Group Photo taking of the Graduating Class were held in front of the staircase of the Tsang Shiu Tim Building. Special photo backdrop was set up on the campus for graduates and parents to take photos and capture all the precious moments.
