The 18th UC Head’s Cup
The 18th UC Head’s Cup commenced on 13 January 2025. Professor Stephen H S Wong, College Head, presided over the kick-off ceremony at the football match, marking the start of this year’s intense sports competitions.
From January to February 2025, the four hostels and two non-residential halls of the College participated in a series of ball games, including football, tennis, table tennis, volleyball, badminton, women’s basketball, and men’s basketball. In addition to these games, they also competed in the Swimming Gala and Athletic Meet, which took place last semester, vying for the Overall Championship of the Head’s Cup.
After over a month of intense competition, the Head’s Cup concluded on 28 February 2025, following the Men’s Basketball Final. Adam Schall Residence once again claimed the overall championship, following their victory last year. Hang Seng Hall and Pak Chuen Hall won the first and second runner-up positions respectively. Congratulations to all the athletes!
