To kick off the new academic year of 2024-2025, the College is delighted to present to all United College staff with a stainless-steel cutlery set as a College souvenir, packaged in a water-soluble, landfill biodegradable bag. By utilising eco-conscious dining ware, we collectively contribute to environmental protection and demonstrate our commitment to sustainable practices.

United College is committed to advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which serve as a shared blueprint for global peace and prosperity. The College has implemented a comprehensive set of measures aligned with many specific SDG objectives. Along with the cutlery set, we have included a card with a message from the College Head, an illustration of United College’s  SDGs measures, and a cash coupon of Si Yuan Amenities Centre.

As we celebrate the beginning of the new semester, the College is pleased to present this small gift as a reaffirmation of our commitment to the SDGs. We encourage all colleagues to actively support and participate in our sustainable development initiatives and continue to uphold the mission of the College. It is through the concerted efforts of everyone at United College that we can continue to thrive, advance towards achieving our sustainable development goals, and contribute to environmental protection.
