UChum—The College Peer Support Ambassadors organised an event called “Paint Your Heart: An Emotional Journey” before the end of the term. This event, featuring texture art sketching and an afternoon tea picnic at the West Kowloon Cultural District, aimed to help students escape from the hustle and bustle of life and relieve the pressures of academic studies. Seventeen college students participated in the event on 16 November 2024!

The ambassadors began by demonstrating how to mix paints and create texture paintings. Then, the students mixed colors and drew inspiration from their minds or online sources, step by step designing and painting on their canvases.

Everyone completed their own paintings in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. After painting, the students enjoyed an afternoon tea prepared by the college, bringing the day’s event to a perfect close.
