Effective Self-Learning: 5 AI Tools Workshop

United College Social Innovation Experience Learning (SIEL) Project has reached its sixth year of introducing students to different local social enterprises. This year, the College continues to lead students in engaging with different social enterprises through experiential learning, fostering a deeper understanding of the missions and operations of different social enterprises.

Kicking off this year’s SIEL activities, the Effective Self-Learning: 5 AI Tools Workshop, was jointly organised by the College and Kong Paper Limited. Notably, Kong Paper Limited received the Outstanding Project Award in the Group Sense Social Innovation and Sustainable Development Award 2023-2024 under SIEL project. Dedicated to advancing AI education, Kong Paper aims to bridge educational resource gaps through personalised learning facilitated by AI. Additionally, they have developed their own AI platform to cater to users’ needs with customised learning plans.

The workshop was led by Mr Chang Zhi Kin (IBBA/5), college student and the founder of Kong Paper Limited. Participants received training on the use of five AI tools, including Kong Paper Limited’s self-developed AI platform: Kong Paper. Mr Chang shared effective methods for utilising AI in learning, empowering participants to boost their learning efficiency while reducing time and financial costs, ultimately better preparing them for examinations.
