United College welcomed several delegations from mainland enterprises and universities in April 2024. These interactions facilitated communication, the exchange of views, and visits to the College campus and facilities.

Guohao College of Tongji University Visited United College

On 10 April 2024, a delegation led by Professor Yin Xuefeng, the Executive Dean of Tongji University Guohao College, visited United College. During the visit, they explored the College’s student hostel, dining facilities, and the Tien Chi Microcomputer Laboratory. The delegation was warmly received by Professor Tang Sze Wing, Associate College Head, who introduced them to the College’s talent cultivation initiatives and various non-formal education programmes.

Fujian Province Quanzhou City Anxi County Government Delegation Visited United College

In mid-April 2024, the Anxi County Government Delegation from Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, visited Hong Kong for investment and business exploration. On 15 April, they paid a visit to United College. Professor Stephen H S Wong, College Head, warmly received the delegation and introduced the CUHK’s unique college system, historical background, and various informal educational activities at the College to Mr Xie Jianxin, the Deputy County Mayor of Anxi County and the members of the delegation.
