United College was invited to attend the Tree Planting Event held by Ling College, CUHK(SZ) on 12 March 2024. The guests planted a “worry-free tree” to pay tribute to Professor Ling Daoyang, the second President of the United College, on National Arbor Day. This contributed to the development of a greener campus with practical initiatives. Professor Tang Sze Wing, Associate College Head; Dr Tony M H Chan, College Secretary; Ms Zoe K W Chan, College Development Officer; Ms Ophelia H T Chan, Assistant College Development Officer; Mr William W L Lo, Assistant College Development Officer, and student representative, Ms Lilia X Y Lei, participated in the tree planting ceremony. Following the ceremony, they visited the campus of Ling College and engaged in discussion on student development activities, fostering collaboration between two Colleges.
