Application Period: All Year
The Certifying Letter issued by the College now accepts “online application“. Student are required to submit the completed application form and related information. The process of student applications takes around 7 working days under normal circumstances. Please bring along your SID card and collect the Letter after 7 working days at the Dean of Students’ Office, 2/F Tsang Shiu Tim Building, United College.
Note: The College only offers ‘Reference Letter for Bank Account’ to local licensed banks under the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.

Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Fridays: 9:00 am – 5:45 pm
Term Break & Summer Vacation
Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00 am – 1:00pm and 2:00pm – 5:30 pm
Fridays: 9:00 am – 1:00pm and 2:00pm – 5:45 pm
