Three teams had been selected to the final round for the Group Sense Innovation and Entrepreneurial Project Award Competition 2018-19, and the presentation of business plans to the judging panel was held on 10 May 2019 at Si Yuan Amenities Centre. The team of Mr Yau Yui Pan (CSCIN) and Mr Li Ka Chiu David (CSCIN), with business plan titled “Bitbox” won the Champion award of HK$8,000 and a chance of being supported by the College to start a business. The College was honored to have Dr Samson W H Tam, College Trustee and Founder of Group Sense (International) Limited, to present prizes to winners. The judge panel of this year’s competition included Professor Kevin Y F Au of Center for Entrepreneurship of the University, Dr Frank W F Ng of Department of Management, CUHK and Professor Choy Yuen Min, Senior College Tutor. With over 50 students attending, Dr Samson Tam shared his experience in setting up a business and gave encouragement to students.
