Important Notes for College Assemblies (GEUC1000) in Term 2 of 2024-25

1. Attendance Requirement

• For 2024-25, students in the class are required to attend 3 College Assemblies per Term in Person or via ^Live Stream.

^Live Stream will be broadcasted in the classrooms near Sir Run Run Shaw Hall. NO video link will be provided

2. Release of College Assemblies Schedule for Term 2 of 2024-25

• Details will be released at noon on 6 January 2025 (Mon) on College Website.

3. E-Ticket Registration of College Assemblies (for both attending in Person or via Live Stream)

• Online registration starts from 11:30 am on 10 January 2025 (Fri).
• Registration website: http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/ras

*Please use your University email account to register e-tickets online.

• All e-tickets are on first come, first served basis.
• After registration, in case students would like to change to another session, please return your registered e-ticket on the registration website before 8:00 am on the date of the concerned session. After the return, students can register for another session among those assemblies with tickets remained.
