Overseas E-mentorship Programme 2024-2025

The UC E-mentorship programme was established in 2011. It aims to provide guidance and support to students studying abroad through the help of overseas E-mentor in the countries of their visits. E-mentors and E-mentees will be connected using email mainly. The E-mentorship programme is open for application from April to June every year. Matching will be made according to the destinations of E-mentees with E-mentors currently living in the same country. As an overseas mentor for United College, all you need to do is to keep in touch with your student by email or other social media apps so that the e-mentee knows more about the country he/she is going to. If conditions allow, you may arrange face-to-face meetings on your own to enhance communication.

In order to extend UC overseas alumni network, alumni who are currently living in overseas countries are cordially invited to register as “Overseas E-mentor”. Your information will be recorded in the “UC Overseas Alumni Database” and will be automatically registered to the E-mentorship Programme every year. For details, please visit https://www.uc.cuhk.edu.hk/mentorship/programme/.

This year, we cordially invite alumni currently residing in Italy, the Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Hawaii, and South Korea to register as overseas E-mentor.

Deadline: 26 May 2024 (Sun), 5:00pm (HKT)
