Introducing the EMO ERROR GYM! It’s not about lifting weights ; it’s about flexing those mental resilience muscles. We’ll dive into the five pillars of E.R.R.O.R. to help you train your mind and tackle those EMO moments head-on.
As an EMO Trainee, Breakthrough offers two FREE workshops for you:
1st Workshop (Homemade Hand Cream)
Topic: Evaluate – Discovering your EMO self is the key to mental resilience
Date: 20 March 2025 (Thur)
Time: 18:30-20:30
Participants can make their own hand cream in hopes of connecting with their hands and recognizing their unique contributions, eventually amplifying self-acceptance, self-appreciation, and self-care.
2nd Workshop (Interactive Drawing )
Topic: Relocate – Place your emotions in the right spot
Date: 27 March 2025 (Thur)
Time: 18:30-20:30
Through drawing with dots and lines, creating characterized cards, participants can visualize their multifaceted selves, with a view to discovering and embracing their diverse identities and emotions.
Both workshops will be held in the College new renovated Choi Koon Shum Learning Plus L+, located at Room 407, Tsang Shiu Tim Building, which is a new common room for students to study, gather, and relax. Each workshop has a quota of 20 participants. You may choose to participate in both workshops. Limited spots available. First-come, first-served.
